So Dave Grohl Walks Into a Bar, Has a Drink and Leaves a Tip...

It was an ordinary night for the people behind the bar at Smith & Wollensky in the Rittenhouse Hotel in Philadelphia.  The usual stuff for a Memorial Day weekend was going on, including a wedding in one of the ballrooms.

One of the wedding guests wandered in and ordered a drink. When he settled up, he left a $1,000 tip.  The following night, he came back, had a few more and left another $1,000 tip.

How can you not say that Dave Grohl is the Nicest Man in Rock™?

It would be a great tip to get for sure. Why the heck not leave a $1k tip - the guy has worked damn hard to be where he is today, go for it..
