Trent Reznor Gets Back to His Video Game Roots

Fans know that Trent Reznor is a serious gamer.  Even before video games were a multi-mult-billion-dollar business, Trent was involved at an intimate level.

In 1996, he scored Quake for id Software.  Here's a sample.

That led to a gig providing the music for Doom 3.

Now Trent has scored Call of Duty:  Black Ops II.  It'll be out November 13.  Next up?  That long-awaited How to Destroy Angels project.  The album is done, too.

Actually Trent is only doing the theme song for the game. The gameplay itself will be scored by Jack Wall (of Mass Effect 2 and Video Games Live fame.)
