A Cassette/8-Track Machine--in 2012?

Earlier today, I went for a walk through the Yongsan Electronics Shopping Mall here in Seoul.  Here you'll find hundreds (thousands?) of vendors in several warehouse-sized buildings (each with several floors) spread out over a number of city blocks.  They sell every imaginable kind of electronics device and component--and a few you can't imagine.

For example, I ran across this.  It's a brand new still-in-the-plastic combination cassette/8-track machine.  Where in the hell would you sell such a thing these days? (I would have bought it--it was cheap--had it not been 220v powered.)
