I Like This: Farewell Davidson

Francois was listening to this weekend's edition of The Secret History of Rock and decided to take me up on my offer to listen to any promising music anyone might find.

Francois' contribution is a band called Farewell Davidson who are from a little place in Quebec north of Ottawa on Route 105 called Wakefield, home to Kathleen Edwards and where former PM Lester Pearson is buried.

Try this sample.  Thoughts?

Who Inherits Your iTunes Library When You Die?

I got a letter the other day from my lawyer, a worrisome thing since I wasn't expecting a letter.  What fresh hell was this?  I opened it with much trepidation.

It turns out that it was just newsletter advising clients on a new wrinkle in estate planning.  Now that each of us is quickly acquiring vast libraries of digital assets--music files, ebooks, audio books--who gets them when we die?

Great question.  Never thought of it.  But this is going to be a major issue starting...well, right about now.

If you're at all interested in who gets your iTunes library when you shuffle off this mortal coil and join the choir invisible, start by reading this.
